If I was able to leave 0 stars on this business I would. I came in with my mom to get a perm, we were both very excited as this isn’t our first rodeo. We’ve been doing this for years now, so by now we know exactly how it’s done and how the finishing results should look like. We specifically tell the owner how we want it, she begins to do it but at the end of the entire process it look sloopy there’s some parts that are still straight like nothing was ever done. She asks me to come back and get it redone. She only asks me not my mom although her hair was very loose and not as tight as we asked her in the beginning. For what she charged both my mom and I $170 we expected not to be back and it to be performed correctly as she claims to have done this for years. Today I go into the shop at 8:40am and I’m waiting as she does have a client in front of me, as she is done she starts prepping someone else’s hair when I got there first. She finally washes my hair by 9:30am. Then she claims that my ends are pretty damaged from my straightener. As I mentioned before I’ve done perms for a while now and not only that but I’ve waited a couple weeks then got it dyed,by now I’m aware how much my hair can handle. It’s now Noon she’s going back and fourth between clients my hair is still not even done getting the rods in yet, it’s been what we can say 3 hours by now that my hair is not even half way with the rollers in. I’m getting frustrated because I’ve never seen a stylist go take care of other guest knowing she hasn’t finish with her first one yet. As we go back in as why I had to come back to the shop in the first place because everything was done incorrectly. She wants to yet again put different roller sizes in my hair once again, after knowing this is the reason why we had to come back. This is very unprofessional on her part, and that was $170 dollars wasted, then she begins to say that’s not what she charged me, ma’am I payed with a card and I can go back and show proof. While I was there another client had came in and also complained about not liking her service from the day before. So I know I’m definitely not the only one. She really shouldn’t have her cosmetology license if she not doing an excellent job, or maybe should just go back to school and learn a bit more to have her clients satisfied.

This is a great place to come and get beautified starting from your hair with Carmen and her girls Zeneyda and Jenny leading to facials etc I have been coming for 17 years and would not change her come and experience for yourself. There is also a barber Mr Paulino who is also great!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have been coming to Carmen (owner) for at least 10 years with my natural black hair. She is excellent! She used to precision cut and blow my hair dry, but now she twists my short type C hair. Wouldn't go to another salon!

They do great hair but they also over charge I got my hair done it was supposed to be 175 she said then she try to ring my up for 180 then she charge my account 205 smh they rip me off
