Very unprofessional/unethical!!! A woman called me on Sept 7 @ 10 in the morning, and asked me about finding a CRV. She asks me how long have I been in the market for one. Then the woman says, so have you ever been in a Nissan? And left me totally confused ? so I said This is a a Honda! So she giggled away and then I explained to her that I am new to this and I just got pre-approved by Westlake Financial. Then she told me to wait a minute after I had mentioned to her that I had gotten a pre approval from a financial; so I remain on hold.. Then a guy answers the phone and says how may I help you? At that moment there, I knew this wasn’t the dealership for me! So I say “Never mind thank you guys have a good weekend” and as soon as I hang up, the girl that I spoke to in the beginning texts me calling me names as shown on the screenshot, and laughing at my pre-approval. I am soo thankful that I didn’t waste my time going over there! Be careful ⚠️

Momen and these people at Lux Auto are selling bad cars. i bought a pick up truck to haul cars and when I hooked to my one car trailer, the whole bumper fell off... when i had it checked, they barely attached 2 screws to the frame so thst the can sell it but it was completely unsafe to sell a vehicle in those conditions. Also when i bought the vehicle, within 30 mins of leaving the lot, the check engine light came on. I would never recommend nor go back here ever again.

The whole team was friendly, vehicle pricing is fair, and the service was fantastic.

I have been to many dealers and bought many cars but I always hated entering a dealership because of how uncomfortable and pressured I always felt. This place is amazing! Everyone is very friendly & welcoming! I would 100% recommend! They work very hard to get you the best numbers possible. If I were to buy another car I would definitely go to them again!
