This Guys is the Biggest con man I have ever seen. I hired him to rent one of my properties in NJ and I had to leave town due to work. In my absence without my consent he took 4 and 1/2 months rent in cash from my tenant and moved them in my house without me even signing the lease.I got to know from a friend who lives close by to my property that someone had already moved in. When I contacted the tenant she said Ketan from KT Realty asked the tenant to make checks payable in his name and cashed all the money. After confronting Ketan he deposited 3 months resnt and deducted his commission of 1/2 moths rent. Even then he never disclosed he still owed me 1 months rent.Since then this fraud is absconding and Now my Tenant and I are look for him and going to press charges.
