This place is outrageous. I’m 8 months pregnant so I made an appointment in advanced. She gave me a time , which at that time I was there ready 5 min prior to appointment time. She had just started doing another clients box braids and told me come back hours later. Very unprofessional to give someone an appointment but yet take a walk in. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I came here about two years ago to get cornrows on my natural hair. I was yelled at for not blowing out my hair and my hair being too coarse. The lady told me that next time if I came with my hair not completely blownout she would not even bother doing my hair. I learned my lesson and found another braid shop that does a better job, great prices and able to work with my hair texture. Go here if you want bad customer service and to be overcharged and experience texturism.

The original owner sold the business to a total inexperienced and unprofessional hair dresser. I'm surprised she's still in business. If you're looking for a bad braiding job and be overcharged go there.

Spoke with owner on Wednesday in regards to $80 braiding special, confirmed price and booked an appointment for Thursday. Arrive for appointment on Thursday only to be told that braid special was no longer a current offer but could be done for an additional cost.

This lady did nothing but waste my time. I got there at 11 she walks out some strange looking white man comes in he's rude and nasty. Then she doesn't stop my hair until almost 11:45. Then she touches my hair finally and then says all I'm going to have to charge you extra for drying it. I finally had enough for the foolery walked out never go back there again.

She is over priced, I got the braids on Thursday took them out Saturday night. There is no reason for bumps to form when she knows how tight she is braiding. Complete waste of money for over tight braids. There are too many braid spots skip this one.
