The young gentleman that took care of me at cashier was very polite and helpful. I wish I knew his name, if helpful it was this past tuesday 12/10/24 around 5pm. Maybe you can track and compliment him for me. He also notified and gladly exchanged one bag of Christmas chocolates that had an expiration date. So nice and refreshing to be treated with such care.

I had an issue with my online order that was supposed to be at CVS store at 1204 Park Ave., Plainfield, NJ. I had received an email saying it was picked-up even though I had not. So, when I called the store, Anthony P. responded extremely patiently & with courtesy. Initially, he found the same problem. But, he went above & beyond and looked into this problem and found my order. He was same courteous associate when I went to the store to pick-up my order. Very helpful & personable. He is a role model of customer service. Hope his store manager, Brian Newton takes a note of great performance by his employee.

Visited this CVS location this morning somewhat early in the a.m.
Not sure if this is a company wide mandate but this location has now locked up toothpaste and deodorant ! What kind of dystopian world are we living in ! Not aware of any rash of looting in this area yet still here we are with items behind glass. I can see why people in NYC are leaving, I wouldn't want to live in this manner for too long !
Not to mention it took about 20 min. to have an employee show up this morning. They were in the backroom doing god know what was in there. Anything but working !! She finally emerged from the CVS cave to help out us 3 customers that have been waiting for awhile. She was very pissed off which hey it's not my fault the toothpaste and deodorant is behind glass ! If it was available I could have grabbed it, payed for it and be on my way long ago without ever having to interact with this Grumpy person !!! Why work somewhere you despise. It's 2024 go work at factory where you never have deal with the general public !
This location is very convenient but at the same time a pain in the ___ to deal with.
Finding it hard to think if I would ever come back to this location unless it's a dire emergency !

This CVS is horrible. The Pharmacist are rude especially the Asian guy. I have had at least 4 negative experiences here. The Asian guy telling us to go to a pharmacy 30 minutes away that has the it, to find out they don’t. He said he has more pressing matters and doesn’t have time to call. Another pharmacist left me in the driveway almost 30 minutes because she forgot me. Another pharmacist lied after they messed up the dosage. This place is horrible and I can’t believe how rude the Asian guy was today.

No one is ever there. Went there at opening yesterday and we were standing outside and they didn’t open on time. Went there again around 7. And the doors were locked but that’s not the hours. They need staff
