Two of the leaf springs on our travel trailer broke on a Friday night. After talking to Camp-Out on the following Saturday morning--they were open--we had the trailer towed to them. It got to their shop mid-afternoon. They had replacement springs in stock, fit us into their shop's schedule, and had them installed in less than an hour. Thank you!

Came in last Saturday with a bent trailer Jack. They were helpful with explaining how to prevent further issues with this reoccurring and giving me options for replacement. Andy and his mechanic had me outfitted with a new Jack and ready to get to my jobs quickly which is a must for any business owner.

I took my car to the service twice to have the brakes done and they changed an axle. I left several coins and when I returned they stole them all. They were very dishonest and took about four dollars in coins. They are very delicate and do not know how to steal.

I ordered a Rugged Liner bed liner for my new truck. During the install they had issues with install. I was present and told them to make sure it was the correct part. Before checking they went ahead and cut a rectangular hole in one corner to accommodate a bed hook. The bed liner still did not fit properly bowing in the middle causing the tailgate with liner cover installed was not able to close. I had to come back to see owner Andy. I told him the liner wasn’t fitting properly and requested refund. He would not refund money and offered store credit being there was a hole in liner. They installed and cut hole. The product has a warranty. I agreed to his good faith warranty store credit but he retracted it saying the hole was an issue. He also stated he would call me back. It’s going on several weeks and he hasn’t returned call. I have made a call to the store but get the run around. Why have store policy and warranty if you’re not going to honor them. You screw up an install and you put it upon the customer. Be aware.

These guys are camp out on the best...Had a blowout on my trailer on 78 in the middle of the night 2 weeks ago. Dragged it to Mavis in the middle of the night slept there all night just to wake up to say they don't have the tires left the trailer there for 2 weeks mind it I'm from long Island came back today just to be told by Mavis that they could not do the work thankfully they mentioned campout brought my trailer there crawled there by the way with a total tire off the rim within a half hour they had two brand new tires on my trailer so I could be on my way to Pennsylvania these guys are the best thank you so very much

Took deposits for a push bar then a back rack after installing, my deposit was not applied, then after removing plaster parts of my bumper to install bumper guard they did not reinstall or return them to me mind you this is a 2021 F350 platinum 110,000 truck beware fraudulent scam artistThen brought my car carrier to fix running lights/brake light when I get it back they put 2 headlights on the bed whaaaaat, no idea what’s going on here a complete joke, not professional at all take your time out. Look up FDR TRAILERS use them ther correctly installing the nonsense they did at camp out beware read the reviews
