I wish I could give a lower rating. I ordered my part online... got conformation not even 10 min. later it was canceled. Why have it say you have it in store but it's not.. someone isn't doing they're job. Called and asked about it and just got attitude from 3 different people so now I have to wait to get my money and out of my car part.. which could've been avoided if the job was done.. I knew the plainfield location was trash.

My son and I go to this Auto zone because my grandson Donny works there but even without that perk, we love this store. Always had great service. Shout out & thanks to manager Natasha who was friendly and helpful. Found the staff to be terrific and helped my son get just the right brakes for his SUV. I highly recommend this particular Auto Zone.

If I could give less than one star I would. The plainfeild nj auto zone offered one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I went there because I needed a new battery. After confirming they would perform the install I purchased an over $200 battery. When the employee who helped me was getting ready to come install the battery another employee Rafael stopped him and told me he could not let him install the battery that they were too busy and I could come back tommorow to have it installed. I tried to explain to Rafeal that I was told I shouldn't even shut off the car until I got a new battery installed as the one in the car would most likely not start again. I indicated I had no problem waiting for them to attend to the current customers however Rafael insisted that he could not let the employee install my battery. Rafael again suggested giving me a jump to get home and me bringing the car back tommorow to install. I pointed out to him the failed logic in that plan because if he had to jump my car right now how was I going to get it started in the morning to bring it back. I also noted that i had already purchased and they took my money for the battery with the intention as advertised by the store that it would be installed. He then suggested I go up the street to a local mechanic and pay $30 to have it installed. I pointed out to him if that is the case you should discount the battery I bought by the additional $30 I would now have to spend for services I already paid for but did not recieve. Rafeal continued to talk to me in a rude and aggressive unnecessarily. I was waiting patiently for services I purchased. He has no business in a customer service job. I also observed while I waited how impatient he got with other customers on line. I paid for a part and service that was advertised by the company and there was nothing stopping me from getting my service other than this inappropriate employee Rafael. I would highly advise against going to this autozone as they are unable to fulfill thier services.

like your ideas based on the fact that you replacing good friendly employees for technology I need to speak to employee when I have issues and problem with my vehicle or any other issues machine cannot do that for me I feel your system to save money and get rid of employees you get two thumbs down

Angel M. did a great job today helping me out with multiple items that I needed. I went into the store with no knowledge at all and walked out knowing what type of oil I need as well as the filter. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
