I’ve called this place several times…so unprofessional and rude!! They don’t listen to nothing you say. I wish there was another Aaron’s near that shows more professionalism. These people here need customer service training.

Bobby is just a straight up liar. Lies about literally anything. Took more than 2 weeks to get a delivery date. So I decided to cancel. Asking to send copies of my lease through Email. Since when did Aarons do that? Please dont go here as long as hes there.

Horrendous experience. Lies on top of lies on top of lies. My living room has been furniture-less for 3 days now. We were given a Monday delivery date, and like most upstanding normal human beings, we moved the old furniture out Sunday. We had a positive delivery date and even time window. Monday came and excuse number one. We were promised to be the first delivery the following day (today) get a call thinking they were on the way....nope, cancelled again. So here we sit in our home with 2 children and nowhere to sit in our living room. When speaking with the rude and condescending manager who likes to speak over women instead of listening, he asked us what we wanted him to do...well, just follow through with your promise of delivery. Now you tell us that maybe you can get to delivering it at the end of this week, maybe next?? Unacceptable as a manager in a larger customer service oriented business. We have contacted corporate and are waiting a response. The next avenue is the Better Business Bureau. Especially after reading so many similar reviews about this manager. How this man is still a manager is mind blowing to me. You can't close the store to lift a finger and help deliver things you're required to fulfill WITH PAYMENT RECEIVED, but you'll sure as the day is long sit there and take more orders knowing full well you can't deliver the merchandise you've already sold. Aarons should fire this manager and save more people this enormous headache.

I placed an order online easy process. Got a call a few days later on a Friday the item has been delivered to store and would be delivered to me Monday. I them get a call Saturday from Milton (very unprofessional) that he needs my credit card info over the phone. I ask why would I have to give him my card info over the phone when it's already in the account online. He insisted that I give him the card info or he would not deliver. Long story short he delayed the order I called Monday after waiting all day for delivery to be told that it is pending review I ask to speak to manager Milton I knew he did something for it to go from delivery Monday 11-3 to now pending review. He stated multiple times he was there "18 years" and I asked why did he delay the order he stated that if I don't give me my card info over the phone (although Aaron's has that info already) he's going to "charge me a months rent first before he delivers" the item because I didn't want to give him info that was already available online. After saying "he been there 18 years" again he then said he's "going to cancel my order because he doesn't feel comfortable doing business with me." I have no item and I hope they don't charge me for something I don't have or were going to court. Aarons must loose lots of money if this person been there 18 years could only imagine. I have no issue with taking my business elsewhere which I have to do because I need the item I attempted to order ASAP. It was extremely unwarranted and unprofessional and something needs to be done about this attempted harassment and intimidation procedure.

Aarons in Plainfield service was Exceptional. The customer service man was very friendly and answered all my questions. The delivery men were Exceptional as well.

I will agree with the customer service part of Aaron’s in the beginning however George is awesome!!! He worked with me as I went through a rough patch…and even with any attitude given or rude comment he was still empathetic and remained cool. He’s the saving grace of this location :-)

The store is horrible, bad enough we pay all those interest payments, but then to get harassing phone calls and to have Hose swipe your cards for payment without permission multiple times! Had to call corporate twice on this store!

They allow this worker named Hose to call and harrass you for payment then he is able to swipe the card you have on file without your permission as though to force you to pay! Outrageous! Called corporate twice because he was able to do this twice! Do not shop there!!! Go to the another one or none at all!

The worst service ever! The manager Milton tries his best. But you advertise installation on appliances, but can't connect washers or anything that applies to a water line in fear of.being held accountable fpr any damages. Washer breaks after only 3 months and I have to deal with manufacture while I'm still.paying on it. I shouldn't have to! Then to miss a full day of work waiting for delivery just to call after 4 to tell me 1st thing in the morning. UNACCEPTABLE! I just should've went to Rent-A-Center
