The guy on the register was always on his phone. Also the prices were not what they said on the tag. For the freeze dried skittles it said it was $5 but it ended up being $10. In addition I tried to call because I forgot my credit card but my call would not go through. Also the whole refrigerated section at the front was out and the Coca Cola icee kept clumping up. Worst 7 11 ever.

They were selling a product that failed to scan because it wasn't in the system; instead of simply getting a manager to either fix the problem or to manually enter the price, I was told that they could not sell me the product right now. That's not acceptable; if you don't have an employee that can figure out how to put $3 or $4 manually into the computer, then you don't have an employee and your business should not be open.

They're not open 24 hours. They close whenever they feel like it. Please don't be fooled by their lies. They weren't open at 2 am.

Usually come here to pick up Amazon and hit the hot food offered. It's late night, I get it, but you should NEVER serve a brick to a customer.What is this?Why?How broke/cheap are you to keep dried, brittle, inedible beef patty with the texture of a unsalted cracker on a shelf?Toss it in the trash, there's a shelf life on hot food.

wanted to speak about the terrible experience i had at 7/11 next to WAWAs. Today was a hot day forgot to put deodorant so i ran out on my lunch break to get a deodorant . I saw this deodorant for that price. The guy behind the register , tall gentlemen with no name tag , took my deodorant scanned it to $5. Went over to show him the price tag he said he can not honor that price cus it changed . So i said no problem , walked to the isle took another type of deodorant. He went to the isle took all the prices out and said he can’t sell me anything . I work retail and whatever price shows has to be honored !

0n more than one occasion I've gone to the store and they have told me the transaction price was more than it said on the register. They are trying to cheat people by rounding up slightly and thinking you won't notice.

My wife went in this 7 Eleven on Wednesday 8/15 to deposit money on my card and the cashier messed up. Long story short I was shorted $100 and it took a bunch of running back and fourth and talking to different people to get my money back! When from day 1 it was known that the cashier made a mistake.
