The employee, meaning manager too, tyied to short change me more then ones. The east Indian guys. I catch them doing it all the time. You beter count your change. They are robbing the customers not the store. When they count the resgester at the end of the night they keep the extra money. I was there tonight and the Woman behind the counter wouldn't shut up and do her job all she do is talk and take forever and doesn't even know how to do a register she shouldn't have a job there I would fire her if I owned the place she's not a asset to your company she's a waste of money ignorant and don't know how to do her job she should be fired

My coffee was cold and the employees were rude they had really bad Customer service. There food is soggy and cold. The slushy Machine was really dirty it had chunks of ice and dirt. They are overpriced and the floor and counters have mold on them. The floor is always sticky and the counters. Everyone there is really mean. When I told the employees the coffee was cold they told me to get out and leave the coffees. I’ve been going to 7/11 for 20 years and This is the worst 7/11 so far……. DONT COME HERE !!!!!!!!!!

Don't bother going here. Apparently they're not aware there's a competitor right up the block. Go to Wawa where they actually appreciate their customers. At this place they will simply ignore you even while standing at the counter playing games on their phone. I'm in your parking lot as usual because of bad customer service. I come in because this man never wants to sell me scratch off so I ask him before hand are you selling scratch offs he says no and turns around and starts messing with his tablet. Horribly dirty place. Can't walk around in here without getting my shoes stuck to sticky garbage on the floor, or the floor itself. The floor always has dirty sticky spots, meaning the spill has been there a WHILE. Theres never any napkins to wipe up any coffee or drink spills. They keep them behind the counter and only give them If you ask. They said people we're throwing them all over the place, but its more like they don't ever clean their floors...i wish i could take pictures. Today was the last straw when i got a soggy chunk of food (hopefully) IN MY SLURPEE. I hope someone sees this and does something. This is my local 711 and there the worst I've ever been to!!
