“I've heard people talk about how overpriced Mavis is, but every time I've gone in there I have been helped by the nicest people and they will work with you in some cases to where it can be more affordable. I feel like for a few things that if I just went to any local shop they would not be able to help me the way Mavis did. I especially appreciate this location.”

“I am going on a road trip, and I took my car in for a safety check at two different places before taking it here, and i got two completely different recommendations. I needed all these random things. I felt like they were just trying to get me to spend unnecessary money, so i took it here bc the reviews said it was a good and honest place. The reviews did not lie. Super friendly and honest service. Explained to me in terms i could understand and also saved me money. The other 2 places lied to me. “THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! I bought a car recently, and noticed shakiness after taking it off the lot. Conveniently the dealership dodged my calls for the 30-day repair window, and I was stuck finding someone to fix the problem and submit a claim for my warranty. I called close to closing time, and they got me in next day. I didn't think it would be an easy process, and figured no one would deal with the hassle of calling the dealership, but these guys were SO kind and reassuring. They let me know they would handle it, fixed the issue THAT DAY, and took care of filing the paperwork. Even checked in to make sure the car didn't give me any issues on my way to work. After some emails, survey responses, and a little bit of phone tag Ray the service manager finally made this right and replaced the rotors with upgraded rotors. He also arranged a loaner car so that I could have the work done and still get to work.
While I don't believe the measures taken to resolve this should have been necessary, it still stands that Ray went out of his way to make sure it was resolved, and resolved to my satisfaction.
The dealership did everything in their power to refuse to warranty rotors that were installed there and have been an issue ever since. Bought the 2016 equinox there in 2019. In Nov 2022 I brought it in for warped rotors and had an entire break job done. In August of 2023 I had to bring it back because with less than 5,000 miles on them the rotors were warped again. They turned the rotors down as the solve. Now here we are in July of 2024, approximately same mileage and they are warped again. This time they blamed it on letting the car sit too much because I "don't drive far enough" and made me pay $95 to "clean corrossion". The rotors are still warped and the brakes still shudder and they absolutely refuse to do anything about it. They claim they are chevy oem rotors with a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty, and it seems to me they are trying to push me past that warranty so they don't have to solve the issue. They also returned my vehicle to me after oil change and tire rotation with grossly mismatched tire pressure on the front (34 on left and 29 on right).”

“Amazing and affordable tires bought new tires from here for my 2020 nissan pathfinder and they did good and fast work. the dealer ship was charging me more than 1000 on new tires but I got them here instead for half the price. Not everyone can really afford to get new tires so they go even cheaper with used tires. Definitely coming for a new set for both of my cars. The staff was also great patient and super friendly. Highly recommend this tire shop!!!!”

“I have been dealing with R&M tires for several years now. They always treat me with respect. Most of the time they are really busy but their service is excellent. They have used tires at a reasonable price, they can get new tires but they have to be ordered but they are very reasonable on their prices for new tires as well. I recommend R&M tires to all of my friends and family.
They also have front end alignment services. In my opinion 5 stars isn't enough for this place. Steve is one of the best tire guys here, I have never had any problems with any of the mechanics or tire techs either.”

“When I went today there were three guys working there that I saw and one of them did a very good service with my car that talked with me. I had a broken windshield wiper fluid issue and I wasn't charged for it to fix it because it was a disconnected tube wire issue.
I don't know which one is Frankie but I got told kindly and decently what needed to be done to my car otherwise.
I see they got good prices for a lot of their services and I didn't have to wait too long to get service.”
