Dispatcher told me a driver would get my vehicle in 2 hours
2 hours passed I call and she says he will be at my vehicle in an hour
1 hour passes I call and she tells me a driver will be there in an hour.
Same thing happened yesterday I have no idea why I chose to use them two days in a row lol

Excellent service, and got to my house faster than I expected. Ray P did a great job, very quick, efficient, and professional. Will use A-1 the next time I need a tow.
