Extremely rude woman answering the phone. She has no manners and should not be the voice of your company. Having read the other reviews I see it being a common thread throughout. Please hire someone with decency and decorum, as she is doing your company a great disservice!!

I was late picking up but they still loaded me in a hour they have 2 building the 1st building is on 55 commerce ave which was the wrong building and it's very tight getting in and out,but the 2nd building is a mile and a half up the street in Sewell,NJ on 108 Densten rd and they closed @13:30,I believe,but has a little bit more room to maneuver,but you still have to back up off the street,not a place for first time drivers at both locations at all,so please be advised and they don't have staging lanes,so you might have to park on side of the road or call way ahead of time too let them know so they can give you a door before backing up, good luck drivers

The lady at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. Avoid if possible. There's nowhere to park when you pull up and there aren't any signs telling you where to go. Again, avoid going here if possible.

This place is rude and disrespectful to drivers. Don’t accept loads to this place if can take different location its not worth the hassle. The female at the office is the problem and the drivers here should not have to deal with unprofessional behavior .

NO stars should be giving to this business listing . I called and was attended by a very rude telling f$#% you ,unproffessional female, she hanged up on me . I called again to ask for the manager to my surprise she is the owner ... WOW I would not come near this place withint 1000 miles
