I am so happy with my pups hair cut! The owner did an amazing job, took her time & made Romeo look his best. Definitely coming back! Happy I finally found a great groomer near by!

We brought our corgi here to be groomed and she did amazing!! Her hair cut looks so good and exactly what I asked for. The owner was super friendly and the place looked clean. And my doggo came home happy so I know she was well taken care of.

My dog was a 10 year client until something awful happened. Someone named Lori was hired to answer calls.She has an attitude that spills off onto callers (me) she does not like being as questions then accused ME of having attitude. Within two minutes she CANCELLED me and barred me from coming backLynn the owner has not responded to my calls !This USED to be a friendly salon now!

. We discussed how I would like my Shitzu cut. I used the description “fluffy “ and a full face. I ill also discussed his medical needs considering he is 15 years old and stiff and has some skin issues.When I picked up my dog he was shaved as close to the skin as possible. Tail was left long. And his legs and face were all uneven.The worst was he was limping and shaking for days.when j called the salon I couldn’t have been more upset with her response to me. She was hostile and accused me of fabricating something just because I wasn’t happy.She said it was written in his card to never let him come again but couldn’t explain why. And I had never been told that. She accused me of being a salon hopper and I have taken him to the same salon for the past 10 years.She was very offensive and denied she was the person that I talked to the day my dog was there.I would never trust her with any animal.

They did a great job on my dog,she looked beautiful, smelled great. The only problem I had is I was told on the phone and my fiance was there too listening, that she would be $69. Wound up costing me $80. Needless to say,I was shocked. Grant it she was a lot of work, but my other groomer was under that price . It's a shame because they did a great job. I can't afford those prices since I normally take her ever month to getgroomed,but didn't the last couple of months because my normal groom was on vacation.

I have taken my dog to 4 groomers who have all said they could not do his nails. This is my first time having any service done with them and Emily who was absolutely amazing had his nails done in 5 minutes. Lori also at the front was so incredible. I already scheduled his next appointment with them. I highly recommend them.

I have been shopping around for the perfect groomer for my two babies! I think I found it. They gave me an exact pick up time. They were super friendly to me and to my pups. They look great and detailed them very well. 4 stars for red dragon!
