Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars, it's not a one stop shop and they don't always have what I need. But the prices can't be beat.”

“I have been a customer since 1963 and it is the best little hardware store in the area. I will deal with local business when ever possible. Stores like Dollar General are a blight on the community , all they are concerned about is the almighty dollar not customer service.”
“I had purchased a lawn mower that did not function properly. When I returned it it still had fuel in it which is against their policy. Immediately the manager Oscar got involved and explained the policy issue but still took the lawnmower and approved the return. Outstanding customer service!”

Technically, it wasn't Home Depot's fault; it was GE's delivery service. BUT! With that being said, I bought the washer and dryer from Home Depot, so it was their job to make it right. After three attempts, Tonya got it done! Thank you! You are a model employee of Home Depot!!”
