these guys are not good business men they are stealing people's cars by giving them a ridiculous bill that is way high hoping you'll be tricked into paying it and they also illegally hold your personal possessions in the vehicle that they have no right to. highly illegal practices are happening with this company, I was in the middle of moving when I had an accident and these heartless fools won't let me get my keys for My house and other things not to mention my fiances cremated remains.... you guys better make this right soon before you guys are slammed in court. because what you are doing is highly illegal.

I can't even give them a star. I had my car towed here on the 21st of September 2016 and when I went and collected my things from my vehicle a few days later, I then about 2 days later finally got a chance to go thru my things and noticed I was missing my GPS system. I called there night number and the gentleman who answered the phone acted like he didn't give to shits. I swear he acted like I was a lier, So what ever you do don't take your car here for anything!!!!!!!

This is a find. This body shop and collision repair is way above average. They do great work, and will make sure you get the kind of repairs you want and need, not what your insurance company wants. I have used them myself, and any friends and family that I have steered to Mike Cavallero and his shop have been more than satisfied. I recommend without reservation. Sadly, the above two ratings are regarding only one bad experience, which I suspect is the insurance company's reluctance to reimburse the client.

I have serious doubts as to the staff's aptitude and desire to provide satisfactory service. My car was repaired and needed to be taken back to fix leaking water in the trunk. I have since taken the car back 3 more times and the problem is yet to be fixed. I question whether they are even attempting to address the problem now that i have already paid in full.. The service is protected under warranty, but that warranty is worthless if they lack the ability rectify a simple problem like a water leak in the trunk.
