The guy with beard and glasses suppose he is Raman. I booked an appointment and he told me with rude words we can’t open your account. You don’t have bills on your name. Whilst I had everything needed and proof of other banks account like BOA and etc. my brother told me not to go to this branch this guy here is terrible person. I went to another branch same day of Wells Fargo and they opened my account. Really this guy is making very bad reputation for Wells Fargo.

Very convenient location with 2 ATMs outside for 24/7 use. Usually haven't had a problem here I've been using this branch for many years. But more often than not recently every time I go the teller will remind me that I could have completed this transaction at the ATM. It's one thing if they're saying it out of consideration of my time, but usually it's in an annoyed way. I'm sorry but I prefer to bank with a real live person and most of the time there is no line anyways...

Worse phone customer service ever. First you wait enourmous time to connect a banker, answer all their questions then they switch you to another department because they can't solve the problem. You wait again, answer again same questions and they can't help you also. All they can do you could do yourself online. The question is why this service exist at all if the bankers are helpless and useless.

Ever since wells fargo started closing the banks they have started giving problems with small things with our business account. Every visit . We done business with same business name for the past 10 years with them and all of a sudden they want all kind of papers and forms done! We gave all the papers and forms to get it fixed and even after that when we went for the transaction after a week same problem came up. Manager is not doing her duty!!!!

Every time I come here I can tell they're trying to be efficient and to have good Customer Service skills. Not the best but still I use this bank because I've had no big issues. Effort matters.

Worst customer service...went to bank to make wire transfer manager simply said they can't do it because it takes too much time...and their server goes offline at 4:30 pm?? weird answer ever heard.

It's a weird set up with one ways and off sides parking. Two ATMs in front are nice if the parking spots are open.
