I HATE GOING TO THIS WALMART. I live close by and needed to come to Piscataway Walmart for something last minute. I asked One of the workers for a key to get into a cabinet. They all redirected me to someone else for a key. Informed me that i need to pull the cashier to open it, how was that possible when only self check out cashiers are present. So when i get To her she says she can’t help me, went to another employee and they directed me.
FINALLY the cashier i asked Initially who told me she didn’t have a key,
CAME !
Needless to say their customer service sucks and this is why Walmart has the stigma that they do.

My local Walmart. Clean. Tidy. Found what I want based on the location on their web page. Cheaper than the equivalent product from Lowes next door. Mostly self checkouts. Fast and simple.

They were very slow to get help to come to you for assistance. The appearance of the place was rather dreary. Not enough signs to find the various departments.

On 6/16/24 around 8:30pm/9/30pm I came to the store for item to use in my car a/c…the item was in locked case so I asked 3 females standing around a pallet if they had key…I was told to ask someone in back room or go to customer service desk…No One was in back room so why did I Have to go up front instead of 1 of the employees? I also asked gentleman handling Sporting Goods (received SAME answer)…as I was going to the front a different young man made call on walkie talkie and went to get the key…Thanks to that Young Man!!! When I checked out and went to customer service desk because I wanted to make store manager for the shift aware of my experience WHY was I told by front end supervisor manager was somewhere around exact location unknown but he would relay my experience?? I honestly don’t believe my experience was delivered to the manager BUT IF I AM WRONG (my apologies). I have arthritis so excessive walking is painful…IF I didn’t get the other assistance I would have needed to go without my purchase or endure pain to support the Walmart organization…??

Its a good walmart but some times things are not available or kept at correct locations. Better to goto walmart superstores locations in off hours.

I have never seen such worst customer service, I had gone to the garden section today to buy some things and there was nobody in the register so I called the customer care and they said oh there is nobody in the register you’ll have to come all the way in the front. How can I carry 30 bags of mulch and then all the things that I want to buy into the friend for billing so I said can you connect me to the supervisor or the manager? The lady put me on a hold for 25 minutes and nobody even picked up the call.. But there is one person at the entrance of the garden section who sitting idle so that person’s job is to ensure that everybody bills and goes that side how foolish it is that you do not have to sit in the register to build a customer while you have a person to guard the door so that everybody will build and go. If this is going to go on like this, Walmart will have to close down because there are other stores that are coming up in the same area which with much better Customer Service. And the employees will also have to take note of this that if the stores are closing, that is because of you guys who are not giving good service, and the customers are not coming back, keep this in your mind
