Great room for improvement. This time payment machine worked only after the employee tried multiple times and on multiple machines. I believe the employee had recently joined.

I was getting my son's prescription and was told by Walmart staff that I have to pay the full price because my insurance was not covered this medication. I asked the staff several of times "Are you sure... it should've covered" but she insisted not. Anyway, I found out later that my insurance DID cover this medication. So I went back later day to get my full refund. BUT IT TOOK me another 20 min waiting for three staffs to figure out how to operate the refund system. Either the Walmart data system sucks or the staffs lacks of training. I won't get any prescription at this pharmacy in my life.

3 days trying to get flu vaccine record, their computer system didn’t update my record on the same day I had the vaccine, told to come back 2 days later. Came back and they told me to come back again, because the website froze. Highly inefficient at doing simple tasks. It’s not the employees’ fault, just a stupid company process.

Don’t trust them when you have an emergency. Staff don’t take responsibility at all for the answers they give to the customer.., end of the day customer has to be stranded without the medicine that needs to be taken continuously… horrible service ..

Staff all give different answers to the same questions. Medication is never available and estimates of arrival are never accurate. We were told on the 26th (the refill date) they wouldn’t have it until the 28th, the 28th they said the 30th and today the 31st we transferred the prescription to Walgreens because Walmart after 3 delays still could not guarantee when we would receive it. Walgreens however had it in stock for pick up after a brief phone call.

The pharmacist was one of the rudest I have ever ran across. He was smart mouth and disrespectful. He should not be aloud around customers. The pharmacist worked Thursday night.
