My experience there was horrible. I needed a prescription for my minor child immediately (we just left his doctor) and the clerk in the drive-through tried to dismiss me by stating he wasn't in the system and to come back tomorrow morning at 9. I did NOT accept no for an answer as we've been to Walgreens in the past and what would've changed in the morning besides the staff member? Even if we hadn't been there previously, it shouldn't be difficult to add a person to the system. I'm never returning to this horrible place. After waiting 20+ minutes we finally received his RX. I wish the one on 22 would stay open later. They are always pleasant.

If the staff does not want to answer all of your questions then they should find a different type of work. The young lady I spoke to today 2/28/24 @ 12:46pm seemed annoyed because I wanted to know about the price of my prescription and how many days the prescription was for and confirm it was covered by insurance. I understand you could have other customers but the call lasted a few seconds. Be understanding that for some people it may not be convenient to always come in and a phone call is easier.

Went for the new covid booster shoot. Easy to make an appointment online. Answer 11 questions and get the free shot. They offer it. I'm getting it. I've had covid twice. First time without being vaccinated. Bad, horrible experience 3 weeks sick. 2nd time with vaccinations, and it was like feeling like I'm coming down with something. Easy quarantine and back to myself. I'll get whatever they come out with for covid.

Today I went too the pharmacy on Washington Ave and the idiot tech name Ricky shallow needs too learn how too talk too people now for his sake it could of went an whole different way but since I am the woman I am today I chose too just blast on yelf for the disrespectful idiot he is they need too fire him he has no respect.

The past 6 months have been horrible current looking for a new pharmacy. They don't tell you the truth. Very nasty attitudes don't like deal with customers find a new job.

This is the worst place to use a pharmacy drive through it is always backed up because they just ignore there are cars outside. Today 1 hour for 5 cars and 1 left. Inside it is not better and photo services sucks! Picture was not even useable for a passport after multiple attempts. And forget ordering online for store pickup. I see it in your store before I even placed the online order special but they will NEVER honor the specials. It’s bait and switch with a FU attitude at this location. So we go to Bound Brook now ?

2 weeks and still no prescriptions! First week I called and they tell me tomorrow, on back order, getting insurance????? This week they just put me on hold and then hang up after 45 minutes. I always used them and was happy, but never again! They obviously don't care about peoples health. I only gave them 1 star because I had to, otherwise I would have given them no stars. I am in tears trying to get my prescriptions I NEED!

The absolute WORST. I need to take the time to have all my prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy because not only does the customer service really suck here but they rarely have medications that I need in stock when I need them including ones that I'm on monthly. good luck trying to get them on the phone. Usually you're on hold forever and then the system will disconnect you. even if you try to be the first one at the pharmacy when they open they usually don't get there on time anyways. They are not helpful and they are rude and condescending. It's really clear that the staff there is bored by life and their job and doesn't want to be there. No one ever smiles. I don't usually review a lot of things but I'm so frustrated I needed to find an outlet.

The cashiers here are so nasty. Both the older caucasian and Indian women that work at the front register are so rude that I refused to go back into this store.

Giving one star cause not able go on negative. Their service are really bad. They are accepting Online Photo Orders which they are not able to deliver on time. They informed me that i will get it after 5 day & end of 3rd day they informed me that they can't able to deliver. They don't care about Customer. I had wasted my 4 days for this.

the pharmacy has gone downhill in the past year. Not sure if its all Walgreen's or just this one. The store itself is fine.
