Will not go into long drawn out details.After MONTHS of resubitting the same paperwork that they (purposely?)messed up over and over again,they still refused to release my funds by tying it up in fabricated Red Tape.It took threatening with my lawyer to get them to cooperate.
Incompetent staff,NO Management and dishonest to the point of criminal.And if you have a couple hours to sit on hold and get ignored,try to call the Main Valley helpline,I dare you.

The worst bank in US. You will waste lots of time to deal with no-sense stuff. Arrogant Management. Incompetent Staff. Horrible Customer Service.
