As a small business owner it is crucial that I trust a post office to get my packages sent on a timely manner and scanned right away. I trust this post office, Amir is also a very friendly person and super helpful! I'm not into small talk but I enjoy small talk with him!!

I have lived in the Piscataway area for over 30 years, and I must say that Amir Khan at the Piscataway Post Office is a true gem. In all my years of interaction with various postal workers, he is the first person who consistently exudes genuine friendliness and professionalism.
Amir's warm demeanor and exceptional service make every visit to the post office a pleasant experience. Despite the challenges and demands of his job, he always takes the time to greet customers with a smile and address any concerns they may have.
It's puzzling to me how anyone could leave a negative review for Amir. In my experience, he treats everyone with kindness and respect, regardless of the circumstances. His dedication to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction.

I ordered a package on February 1 and I’ve seen that it was going to come February 5 at 10:15 to 2:15 I was so excited for my package then I waited 40 minutes after 215 and he still didn’t come. I don’t understand because he is in Piscataway and I am. Slowest place to order from.

It’s so sad, you can’t even trust the one’s that’s suppose to deliver your items or hold your items for you to pick up anymore. I received a notification that my order was delivered and that I picked it up at the USPS however that is a lie. It is most likely that an employee stole my item and marked it as delivered. So sad and disappointing!

Been avoiding this post office for the past 6years since buying a home here because the customer service just didn’t exist. The few times I absolutely needed to use the post office was painful and I dreaded ever coming!
There is a gentleman that works here now and he is so helpful, pleasant and has such a warm and friendly spirit! I was shocked, relieved and most of all so HAPPY! This location is closest and I now look forward to using the post office! No more searching online for anyplace else to go out of my way!

Made me buy tape just to use a piece and I asked the guy working there Amir if I leave it will he let people use it he goes on and say oh I usually let people use it for free, how do you say that to a customer and then make me pay it I already had to pay 50 bucks each just to return my packages and it’s crazy you have to pay for tape now usps was never like this and then on top of that 10 people in line and 1 person working and then they can’t even give you no respect that’s Piscataway for you.
