Pictures taken for passport or visa purposes here get rejected. This happened to my colleagues and me. Plus they charge over $15 for two pictures.

I went to this UPS store for a passport photo. They took a picture with my glasses on, but the County Clerk told me to get a refund - glasses are not allowed on passport photos. The UPS store REFUSED to refund my payment. They should have known the regulations for a passport photo if they are offering this service.

I had an excellent experience with UPS, thanks to manager Andy and his team. Their extensive knowledge was evident as they assisted us with notary services and the shipping of our documents. Despite our late arrival in the evening, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.
