The Max in Piscataway is my home away from home. I’ve been with The Max for 4 years now and it was the best decision I could’ve made. I have lots of support to help me on my fitness journey which includes learning how to eat properly along with my physical workout routine. All of the coaches are experienced, helpful, encouraging and top-notch individuals. The owner, Corrine, is also just as amazing as all of the coaches. She is personable and always available for questions and help. She also gets out there and teaches classes. I have met some really great people and they’ve kept me motivated and pushed me when I needed it.

Can't say enough good things about this place! I started back in March 2023 for the spring challenge and have stayed on as a legacy member. I even convinced my boyfriend to join, and he loves it just as much as I do! Each day is a new workout, alternating from cardio to arms to legs, and Fridays are kickboxing (a personal favorite). The variety of classes keep it fresh and exciting and motivation from the instructors are phenomenal. They've helped me with not just nutrition and workouts, but also with how I see myself and my capabilities. I would recommend this place to anyone who has ears

Great for those who need that extra motivation. Love the group, everyone's so nice and work together!!! All the coaches are there with you every step of the way. Highly recommended for those who like to work in groups and still learning proper workout routines!!

I picked the MAX challenge as a good way to get started on my fitness journey after having my 3rd baby. As someone who’s not to experienced with the gym atmosphere or where to begin this was the perfect choice!! It’s located less than 5 min from me and offers classes at many different times to accommodate everyone. Not to mention everyone is super nice!! I’m 5 weeks in and I’m feeling great and extremely motivated to keep going ! Thanks the MAX!!!

I did the 10 week challenge bc the owner said the 5 week challenge was not available at that time. When I inquired about the 5 week challenge at another location they were more willing to accept me into the 5 week challenge and had no time restrictions. That being said u can start the 5 or 10 week challenge at any point (that's what the other location owner said). So I feel like this location just wanted my $$. I ended up picking the Piscataway location and doing the 10 week program solely bc it was the closest. I did not lose weight or much inches. The routines got mundane and it's the same thing over and over with very little variations. It's not as intense as I was expecting and it's body weight exercises with hand weights. No machines available. The positive thing I took away from this was creating that routine and getting myself back into the gym. I enjoyed the classes that Rob and Gina taught bc they were motivating and did slight variations of exercises. Rob teaches only at 5/6am and Gina no longer works there. So apart from those 2, the other instructors were just okay.

Great environment, positive motivation and you leave each workout feeling amazing. Corinne and her team are warm, friendly and motive you to give it your all each and every week. The Max family has been so welcoming and inspiring. If you want a challenge, give this a try. You won't be disappointed!!

This gym is AMAZING!!! The people that are there are working towards the same goal as you..so there is no shame! It’s a guaranteed sweat session! I’ve worked with Corinne and Abby but they have other trainers to helpMotivate and keep you pushing! Let me tell y’all….This is coming from a person that HATES working out! They have the secret to your success….DONT BE SCARED!! Come join! I’ll be there!

The facility is clean including mat cleanings after each class. And they have kept the sanitation protocols started during Covid!! I’ve only taken morning classes so I can only comment on those instructors. Both are friendly and motivating. Great workouts for novice and experienced.

The Max is a WONDERFUL place for your weight loss journey. There are many class times to fit your schedule. I love the positive and supportive atmosphere. I would highly recommend them if you are starting your journey.

This is a great place for your overall Health & Physical well-being. The instructor led classes are designed for all ages and fitness levels. There are many class times available to fit into anyones busy schedule. The owner and instructors are friendly and supportive, along with fellow members, which fosters a family-like environment. This program comes with a nutrition plan that is simple to follow and doesn't require purchasing anything special in order to succeed. Everything needed for clean healthy eating is available at your local grocery store. I've been a member here for close to 7 years and this has been the one of many programs I've tried and the only program to have experienced life changing results. Give it a try....you won't be disappointed.

The Max of Piscataway has a great program that works with people of all levels of fitness. The workouts are diverse and challenging. The emphasis on eating properly is helpful. The coaches are great ! I find the other people I work out with to be encouraging and they help motivate me to work harder. If you are looking for a fitness program this is a program you should try!

Great center. Corinne the owner of Max is very nice to talk to and very motivating. I needed to get back into a workout routine after my 2nd baby’s birth. And Max has been a great option. They have different days of the week marked for cardio, upper body , lower body workouts and my favorite..Kick boxing.

Amazing!! unique exercise schedule never let you get bored. Wonderful coaches that guide you throughout!! Must try!!
