Hello I had an old silver crucifix that was very special to me and it was really tarnished it's made of silver and I had to clean it at least twice a week just to keep it even a little bit shiny so I was looking for places and I saw The jewelry design Lab I went there and I I talked to the owner and I couldn't believe they said they can make it look just as shiny as Platinum and the owner said he can dip it in rhodium . Which he said that was in the same family as Platinum so it was going to be super shiny and you can see for yourself in the picture I put below .He Gave me a great price and it only took a couple days and I got it back and there's a picture of what it looks like ,it used to look like nickel before .It looks amazing I give them five stars and it's the only jewelry place I'm going to go to anymore thank you very much jewelry design Lab.

SAGAR is the man! Incredibly helpful, friendly, and prompt.The best service in the area that I have seen, hands down.
I have been a customer of Sagar's for several years now since i moved into the area, and I will continue to do so.

The Jewelry Design Lab has some of the best customer service i’ve ever dealt with! The owner Sagar and his wife are super friendly, helpful and provide excellent service. They really break down the whole process and explain all the details and pricing. They give you all the options you could choose from to make the ring of your dreams for your significant other. If you want to get an engagement ring that’s custom, beautiful and unique this is the place to go! They are very patient and make the design exactly to your liking. I would recommend to anyone looking for a ring or any other jewelry! 1000000/10 experience!

Recently got an engagement ring from The Jewlery Design lab and it was amazing ! Sagar and his wife made the experience personable and stress free. The process to customize the ring was very detailed and had so many design options. I couldn’t be more happy with the finished product. Love the Jewelry Design Lab! So far I have bought a Cuban link gold necklace and a Cuban link gold bracelet both of which are very high quality and reasonably priced. Not to mention excellent service from Sagar! I will be coming back for future pieces.

I got 5 gold pieces (2 necklaces, 2 anklets, 1 bracelet) fixed at The Jewelry Design Lab, ranging from simple to complex repairs. All came out beautiful! They repaired the breaks, cleaned them, and returned them back to me within 3 business days. I will be back!
