If your having a problem with an account and alot of questions it's best to go inside!!!!! Or else it will be a long wait. Drive thru good for quick and easy stuff

I now understand the horribly low reviews for this branch.Waste of time due to the attitudes of the tellers, and their inability to use the few braincells they have left.Go to any other branch, this place is a disaster.

Nasty service. Very unprofessional & Rude. they do not take responsibility for their actions. Also they take advantage of new young customers by conning them to give them paperwork, they messed up & cover for co workers instead of bringing the issue to their attention, so this doesn't repeat itself ! Teach your children well, or don't leave them alone, shameful! - as they say buyer beware - customers also

Very Poor customer service . Don’t invest money in this bank at all .When i open a new checking account they mentioned that apply for friend refferal & will get the money , but its been 5 months i didn’t get any money at all .Don’t go this bank .

Went in to this branch on 4/18/23 around 4:20pm after just finding out there was fraud in my account. I also understand that they closed at 5pm, but I needed access to my funds asap. I was trying to open a brand new checking account and after waiting patiently for almost 30 minutes, the woman who was in charge of opening accounts very rudely asked what I was there for. Before even getting my sentence out, she cut me off and said “You need to leave and make an appointment,” while pointing a finger at the door.After telling her that I was told to come straight to a branch on the fraud department line and they said I didn’t need an appointment, she continued to point to the door and told me to leave. She was being very unprofessional and was treating patrons of the bank with a distasteful attitude.I will never bank at the Piscataway branch ever again from this experience. In my opinion, the employees here should be trained again in customer service because they clearly don’t have any. Do better.

Always Underemployed! Waited more than 45 mins to notarize a document. It takes 2 mins to get something notarized but we have to wait an hour to do it.

Worst banking experience and employees are very slow working. Went for a replacement card and waited 45 minutes and still it was not done. Other td bank I have been to where you are taken care of within 5 minutes. 4 employees were in total two of them were saying hello how may I help u and then next thing they say please have a seat.. you dont need two employees to say hello. They should be taking care of customers too. This happened on 10/30/2022.

Teller was SO RUDE. I needed 2 hundred dollar bills broken into smaller bills. Was told she only had 20s. No 10s. No 5s. YOU’RE A BACK HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE SMALLER BILLS!? She refused to put the money into an envelope and dismissed me. Never going to this branch again.

I always had a not good, but not bad experience coming inside the bank, but Robinson has made my banking experience 10x better; he's helped me with so many business related issues and business and personal banking things. Thank You Rob!

I wish i could give them less than one star! Pathetic customer service! Nasty lady teller at the front today as if she is doing me a favor for my OWN money! Just asked her for some change of couple of dollars and she nastily replied what change what do you mean by change. I mean you could be polite enough to ask me i could have explained. I am not an outsider. I have a td account too! Nasty nasty behavior! Never going back to this branch ever!

We get coin a lot from them and I understand that there is a coin shortage but at the very least you should be answering the phones. I went in today and Juliet was quite rude when I asked for coin. Instead of a nice "I'm sorry sir we are currently out of..." She responds with we don't have any. Please answer your phone and train your staff to be friendlier.

While I was being "helped," the woman who was taking care of my transaction decided she needed to help her colleague and intervene with another customer's problem. She was not asked to assist....and I HAD TO WAIT for her to return. When I voiced my complaint, she told me she was a manager. If the managers treat customers the way I was treated, there is no question why this TD branch rating is so poor.
