Rude disrespectful customer serviceTold not to come back here after being denied over a last name that was given to themAt another t mobile store for the 3rd time today but got a new phone which my wife asked forSay they couldnt scan her id but the store we are currently at took it without a issueWill never come to this t mobile store I been going to for yearsRude black lady and manager isn't any help so don't waste ur time going hereOr ur money

I canceled a service with T Mobile and had to return something. The email I received clearly stated that I could return it at a T Mobile store. A staff member had a horrible attitude and was rude while talking to me. She had straight blonde hair and glasses. If you’re interacting with customers you should have some sort of approachable manner. Absolutely rude and won’t be coming back to this store.

I went in for a simple change of my screen protector for my new iPhone 15. Free replacement anytime is included in my service plan. They had none in stock? So anyone going in to buy a new iPhone during the busiest time of year can get the phone just not the protector. Who did the ordering for this store? I was told I could go to another store but when I asked if she could call to see if they had them in stock she said she was unable to see their inventory. How about use your phone to call. Isn’t this a phone store? I have been a customer for 28 years. Where is the customer service?

Great staff. A little busy when we went, however, everyone was very polite and took care of all out needs. Madeline Santiago was very helpful and made transitioning to a new phone a great experience.

One of the associates at this store was rude and unhelpful and i heard her speak under her breath as i was leaving. Don’t know her name but she’s a lady with curly hair she seems to be a manager or something but she was nasty. I went in to return my old device and was told by her with an attitude that they don’t take in returns, when clearly they do because this isn’t the first time ive done it. I even got a email from T mobile themselves that they do take in store device returns. I wasnt gonna argue with her as you could clearly tell she was catching an attitude and as i was walking away i can hear her say to one of her co workers “He knows he can’t return in here why did he even come”. after i contacted a friend of mine who works for t mobile and he also told me that they do take in store returns that she probably just didn’t want to do her job. She makes never wanna come to this store.

I hope this review reaches corporate because it needs to. The reason for the 5 stars is FRANLESLE because she actually helped me. I came to the store due to frustrations with phone the customer service. I have asked for my call to be reviewed so they can see how ridiculous my conversation with the agent was last night. I was saying one thing and she responded with something completely different. I asked for the supervisor and the supervisor had the same exact voice and answered the same way she did. They absolutely did nothing to help me and I wasted 2 hours trying to get help. Why is it so difficult for a customer to get help when they need it? Franleslie went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!

Great service and very attentive staff. Madeline helped me upgrade my phone, broke down all the fees and gave me honest feedback. I will be back to upgrade my husbands phone.

We were in trying to clear up billing problems and was helped by Franleslie. She spent 2and a half hours with us speaking to representatives from T Mobile and 2 credit card companies. She was personable and worked tirelessly to get our problems cleared up. She is a credit to her company and to those in customer service care everywhere!
