Service was very great! I got my Covid test results within 24 hours of my test being done. Very quick and efficient. The staff is also very very cooperative and communicative throughout the entire process.

I had to get my daughters tested for Covid. Turn around time from Star Lab on the report was very quick and on time. The staff at the lab is very helpful and supportive.

Horrible. Can't reach anyone on the phone, mailbox is always full, had test done on Thursday and no results as of Tuesday. No communication what so ever. Last time this happened they said "Your test didn't reach us in time" so they couldn't run it. But they sure in the hell charged my insurance!

I got my COVID test over 1 week ago and still waiting on my results as I was told 24-36 hours after I got the test that I would get the results. Everytime i call it either goes straight to voicemail, rings then goes to voicemail or they place me on hold then hangs up on me. It’s very frustrating because I need the Results back in order to go back to work

Had covid samples sent here 3 times now from a testing facility in Hoboken, NJ. 1st time: had to email them to get my results. 2nd time: submitted a form on their site - it’s been 3 weeks and I still don’t have those results. 3rd time: am currently very sick and quarantining, and yet again, results are late. They don’t answer the phone, VM box is full, and no response to emails. The City of Hoboken needs to cut any ties with this lab.

Had friends tell me to not apply here due to understaff, and being unprofessional from their personal experience. 2 techs quit because of the same reason and was offered a better opportunity and more stability at another lab. Backed up in work and expect you to be spoken to how ever. Wouldn’t recommend. Way better labs out there with better staff.

Had a Covid test done on 12/29 and still no results provided. When I call, no one answers and message says mailbox is full. Tried to get results via website, was a total waste of time. I have 2 immuno deficient people in my home who I was trying to protect by getting this test. Makes me very angry. If I could have rated this company a zero I would have.

No one answers the phone and it goes to a voicemail that is full. I was told my results would take 3-4 days. It has been over a week. I cannot return to work until I have my test results. Worst customer service!

Tested on Jan 4thJan 11th still waiting on resultsNo one picks up the number provided I understand the wait is long with so many people getting sick ? and in need of a PCR test but they should have someone you can speak with!!Star Labs must do better.

Whoever they sent to covid test at my workplace recently only wore one glove that he never changed and cross contaminated all my coworkers.Very unprofessional .Still waiting for my results. No confidence in this company.

Had testing done on 01/04 and never got results. Nobody answers the phone and the vm is full. Worse service ever especially for covid testing.
