Would NOT reccommend. Customer Service in Corporate office is useless. If you have a question, you call main number, they switch you around, then tell you to contact branch. Called branch, they were helpful (they at least tried) and ended up having to contact Corporate themselves. They asked Corporate office to copy me on back-up I needed and instead the sent branch , having me rush to get to branch after work before they closed.I am still waiting for a call back (this is 3 weeks later) for another issued Customer Service was unable to assist with.Customer for over 25+ years, they could care less, presently looking to move my accounts to another bank.

I've been a Santander customer for a little over 2 years now and I very happy that I made that decision. I use to go to another branch which recently closed down and had to find a new bank to become part. I walked into the branch pretty down about loosing my wallet and Berenice happened to help me with everything I needed and more . She was very insightful and went above and beyond her credentials . I am very big on great customer service and she provided care, attentiveness and professionalism the whole time . If you haven't already, become a customer of this bank. Tell them Hawa Savage and you :)

Do not go here. Their drive-thru ATM has always been glitchy, but today the machine actually ate my debit card and I had to inconveniently run inside to alert an agent. Upon doing so, the first words out of this employee's mouth (after seeing me visibly flustered) was, "yeah, the machine was beeping for you to take your card but you didn't in time". Excuse me, what?! What part of it wouldn't allow me to grab it did you not comprehend?! A sliver of my card became available, making it impossible to grab and while trying to do so, I accidentally pushed it inside further. Why is it that EVERYONE in the customer service industry these days (including bank representatives) have ZERO customer service skills?! My god I'd literally deal with a freaking robot than a rude human. I'm moving out of state where this godforsaken bank doesn't exist and I was going to keep my account but now I just may not.

I only gave one star because it was the only option I had this place is unbelievable my friend came in to cash a check for $75.25 that was sent from the state for his autistic brother. My friend doesn't have an account with Santander but his younger brother does they wouldn't let him deposit the check in his brothers account. They checked the website to verify the check and they also told him they would call back office. They definitely made my friend feel uncomfortable he left without getting his check cashed because they pretended to call the "back office" but you could hear them taking. This place is known to stereotype people of color specifically Hispanics and blacks I will never go to this branch again. Terrible customer service!
