Absolutely horrendous service. The workers do not understand how to treat children. Deborah especially had yelled at these children for asking if there were refills. I am absolutely disgusted by the actions of this establishment. I will never be coming back to this store and I hope that they learn to hire better staff in the future. The last thing I would like to point out is that just because you are having a bad day does not mean you have to take out your frustrations on customers especially children

I'm a nurse that generally stops by this location 2-3 times a week. And I just wanted to write a shout-out to the staff of this location. They try. Can't put it any better than that. They don't leave you with the impression that they're just here to pick up a pay check. They make the extra effort, they're friendly, and they remember you and offer more than they have to. Not here to comment on anything else than to say the crew at this Quick Check deserves a raise.

This email is to inform you of how disgusted and appalled I am about the maintenance that is most likely not being preformed on your ice/soda machine. This afternoon I went into the store to get a cup of ice and some seltzer water. I then drove home and put the ice in the freezer. When I went to take the ice out to enjoy it, I saw something on the cup and went to wipe it with my finger, however what I saw was inside the cup. It was a brown and inside of a piece of ice. Once I saw that it was not on the cup but inside the cup, I decided to further investigate. To my disgust I turned the cup over and found more brown/black particles floating around, which I could only assume was mold. The bottom of this cup is not dirty, and as I stated before the particles are inside the cup. I would like to know when the last time your machine was cleaned by staff and when the last time the machine had a chemical clean maintenance check done. This is disgusting and I would like to know what type of explanation you can come up with to even begin to justify this. I look forward to hearing back from you immediately with a resolution on this. We are currently in a pandemic and I do not understand how the safety of your customers is only surface.
