Twice now the same worker said my deposit slip was filled out wrong and sent me away. Also twice now I've gone to another pnc and they've accepted the same deposits with no problems. I'm starting to think the workers at this location don't know what they're doing or are lazy :/

I have been a member of PNC Bank for more than 18 years and have several account at the bank including a 6 figure IRA account. I went to this branch on 04/17/23 to have a Notary sign a document for me and they refused, Their notary told me they do not sign personal documents? Isn't that what Notaries are for? It was a copy of a property Deed. This was a business document that requires a Notary to sign. I left and went to Bank of America which I have a small savings account and they were happy to signed my documents when I presented my bank card and ID. This PNC Branch is utterly disgusting when it comes on to customer service or they were just plain RACIST! I will be immediately removing ALL my accounts. Say goodbye to 18 years of making money off me. What is the purpose of your Notary again????

Annoying manager refused to cash a check made out to me and my husband from the State of NJ because my husband doesn't have an account there, even though I have 2 accounts and have been a customer for probably 30 years! I went to a different branch and had no problem. At both places my husband was with me and had ID. I actually did not want the cash, just wanted to deposit the check in my account.

Disrespectful branch manager.I came in to endorse a check from my insurance company. The branch manager, Hina Ghandi, spoke to me in such a disgusting manner, that I just took my check back & walked out. I hadn’t even checked in yet, I was waiting for a banker to come and assist me. She screamed from her office where I didn’t even see what she looked like. It was uncalled for and with no merit. The other representative A. Benjamin assisted me afterwards and was professional and polite given the circumstance. It’s a shame that this is the leadership position representing this branch.Worst part is these “managers” never get brought to attention by higher ups or held responsible for their actions and most complaints go unresolved.

I called earlier this morning to get information on my Debit Card. I can understand your system was down yesterday not to issue me my card. It's never good to hang the phone up in a customer's face. Please learn how to treat people with respect.

2% fee to cash PNC’s own check makes PNC a joke of a bank. All you’re doing is extracting money from folks who need it the most, essentially a tax on the poor. By far, the crappiest bank in New Jersey, without a doubt.

I came here first for an auto loan and then a personal loan with very specific questions and issues. The team here was wonderful! Both personal bankers that I worked with were very helpful and quick! They walked me through the process and answered all the questions I had. They really knew what they were doing. I'm happy I found this branch close to home. There is a good amount of parking and you can access this bank from multiple streets. There is a drive through Atm outside but no indoor Atm. I do find the lighting in here is kind of eerie but overall I do like this branch!
