The owners approach was very intimidating. I didn't know the policy that stated no drying allowed if the washing machines weren't used, he came at me very disgusting and very aggressive! He repeated himself over and over and said in the future "ask" first, if it's not busy! I told him I didn't know and if that's policy no one should have to ask! If his approach was kind and he communicated thoroughly, ONCE, it would have made my experience alot better and wouldn't be leaving a review! I will not be returning to his establishment!

I've been patronizing this laundromat for 10 years, so I am very familiar with the previous owners as well as the washer and dryers that were previously set up. However, I don't have a problem with washing but the drying has not been a pleasant experience. No matter how many coins I place in the machine and how less the load is, my clothes come out wet. It is extremely frustrated and this matter needs to be looked into.

Will be my last time washing and drying at that location. Customer service was horrible. Was told to dry my clothes in a different location after washing clothes there.(update to your reply). Unfortunately, you have the wrong person. if you show me proof of me coming in to just dry my cloth I will gladly delete my review, give you 5 stars and promote your business.

Great place to do your laundry. Always clean, smells good, folding tables, machines have no odor.. I visit during the winter for my heavy king sized quilts. The wash timing is perfect. The only thing I would change is the dryer timer. It gets pretty hot but the tumble is weak. I would have to turn my quilt constantly to dry it. Overall my go to spot!!

I've been there multiple times and will be my last time washing and drying there. Horrible customer service. I was kicked out after washing my clothes there and was forced to dry my clothes at a different laundromat.

Went in the afternoon. Quiet, I loved it. Wash is 20 minutes long. Dried and folded quickly. Very clean. Clean bathroom.

The few times that I patronized the laundromat in the past was positive. However the attendant that is working there now is rude, ignorant and communicates poorly in English. I will be looking elsewhere for a laundromat.Que lastima!

I was rudely kicked out by a male worker after not knowing their policy. I am new to the area and did not know local laundromats require you to wash AND dry (not one or the other). I have a washing machine at home and just needed to dry my clothes. I had already put my clothes in the dryer and was told that I had to use the washing machine too if I wanted to use the dryer. I was not aware of that and was willing to return and follow their policy. I told him I’ll remember for next time, but he said “not next time, you have to leave.” I was embarrassed and the other customers felt bad for me.Long story short, I will be washing and drying at a farther location to be treated with respect.
