They didn't want to cut the hair of my dog because he has mats. he had 3 mats! They supposed to take out the mats that's why we pay them.I went to another groom and she did everything with no complaints because it was 3 mats! Worse service ever

No public restroom despite pet stores being one of the only places for pet owners to stop while driving and use the bathroom without leaving their dogs in the car
