“This is a great hardware store with very knowledgeable and friendly people. The owner Bill is always around ready yo help and so is everyone else. They saved our Christmas after one string of 5 new ones purchased there failed after trimming the tree and only a day before Christmas Eve. Bill and another gentleman worked with the string of lights to problem solve (they had sold out of their supply of the same lights) they discovered the replaceable plug portion of the string was the problem and gave me a replacement. You won’t get that kind of service at a big box store or any other hardware store I’m familiar with. They are the best!”

“I'm not used to great customer service at most paint places in the area, but this location is exceptional. Came in on a Labor Day (that they were even open was great) and the gentlemen that helped me was super knowledgeable. He answered my questions and then went ahead and tacked on a .99 foam brush into my order so I could reach the $10 discount. Normally, I use Benjamin Moore, but I was told by my house painter that SW is the best for exterior paint. So, I may make the switch soon enough.”
