Popped my tire and brought the vehicle an hour before they closed. We were worried they would say no because they were closing shop soon.However, Brian and his team saw the urgency we had and swiftly got to work. They quoted a fair price and went above and beyond to provide comfort and hospitality as we waited. Bravo to Brian and his awesome crew. We started the day poorly, but they made it significantly better!Thank you!

Ok let me start by saying I WISH I DID NOT HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR TO WRITE THIS ! ! these are the biggest THIEFS IN TOWN . It took them 3 days to put 2 tires on and break a few other things.He forgot to put a tire nut in (I have a Volkswagen Tiguan)they did not mention and because they are lazy or just not qualified to change tires but I asked for the new tires to be put on the front even though I didn't think I would have to tell them but they put tires on back of car so they would not have to balance my car even though I paid for manager and when we took back they were rude and very unprofessional PLEASE steer clear of this place!!!!!! And I have a lot more to say about how we could not get a call back when our car was there!!

I got a screw caught in my tire and Mr. Tire Auto Services went above and beyond to fix my tire. I would highly recommend coming here for any of your tire needs.

TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, had my wife go in for a tire change and prepaid using my veterans USAA tire service and boy did I make a mistake picking this place. First they had a hard time finding my appointment which is fine but realistically it just meant they didn’t even try looking for it I’m sure, then proceeded to tell my wife that it would be a surcharge to change out the locks since we didn’t have the key ( we had the key) and I’ve changed the tire myself manually when there was a flat so really it was just lack of effort and every tire shop I’ve been to in the past can attest that indeed the tires come off without having to break it and charge me an extra 150 so overall just terrible service and would definitely not recommend if you want to get in and out with no extra charges for simple repairs, if you want to get up-charged then go to this place for sure!

Dont waste your time visiting.Prices online are horribly inaccurate. Rip off fees left and right. Quote $830 online for 4 brand new tires and installation (before taxes) show up and charge is over $1100 for the service. Dont do business.

I had a wheel alignment done on my car on 3/4/23. Everyone I talked to was informative and professional. No problems with the staff. It took 3 hours for the service to get done even with an appointment, but it could have been really busy and a staffing issue that day.

Save yourself some time and DO NOT GO HERE!! I had an awful experience. Went online and booked an 8am appointment. I showed up when they opened at 7:30 and was told that the technician would show up around 8:00 or 8:30. (8:30? So what's the point of having an 8:00 appt?) At 8:00, I was told that he would show up "any minute now." I waited until 8:30 and then left. What a waste of time.I went to Mavis a mile away on Hadley instead and they took me right away. Was in and out in 30 minutes.

I do my car service with Mr.tire for last 11 years. They provide good and reliable service. I need to change my car light and the technician Aaron changed it quickly. I am satisfied with their service

Came in for free brake inspection, walked me out to the car showed me what I need and and gave me a great price on brakes! Got them done and got a really good estimate on tires, see you guys in a few months! Thanks a lot! :)

I had a flat tire. And they took me in right away to get it repaired.. While fixing the tire they did a courtesy inspection on my vehicle. They brought me out and showed me that my brakes needed to be replaced. I just had an oil change at their competitor And no one there made me aware of the safety issue of my vehicle. I like to thank Drew and Ameer For taking the time to service my vehicle. Also being a female. I felt very comfortable that I was not being taken advantage of again thank you both very much.

I’ve been here 3 times so I feel now I can give an accurate review. They actually keep their appointment times!! (Waited several hours at another place once) And they’re super friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommended

Walked in to get my tire fix and literally saw most of the staff standing outside talking and having a good time while there were 2 people and myself waiting to be serviced. I waited 60 seconds (literally counting in my head) and no one came to greet me. I walked out - don't bother if you in a rush

Amazing service and amazing people! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Naaron went above and beyond to help me change my flat tire and get the job done quickly even when they were short staff. He is also very patient, informative , and explains everything clearly! Great guy!!!

2 new tires, should have been simple. On return to home, I found damage on car (lower left side skirt in front of the rear tire, slightly dented and the entire side skirt was sticking out about 1/2") in front of tire where they just worked. Clearly a tool slipped and hit the car. Mechanic told me (on phone) they didn't work in that area. A little honesty and quality work go a long way, and both are lacking here.Sad, because the main desk guy was awesome, but the work, not so much.Reading the reviews, I see others reporting damage to their cars from here. Sad, because there were and maybe are good guys working here, but cars should not be returned with clear damage and denials.'Update 9-May-23: In preparation for my upcoming road trip, I checked all fluids, only to find the coolant reservoir filled to the very top on a cold engine. This means it would have overflowed once the engine got fully heated up. I've never added any coolant to it and check this monthly. Conclusion, they overfilled it. There is a clear "full" line on it, not rocket science. Circumstantial evidence, but pretty convincing IMHO.And, I forgot to add above - I had the oil changed in Feb 2023 at this shop. On this visit for the tires, they told me I was overdue for an oil change, as their system showed the last change was August 2022. I showed them THEIR RECEIPT to convince them.I also went over my wife's car after her new 4 tires were put on, and every single alloy wheel was moderately scratched. I think they just drop them on their floor and don't think or care.I really don't know what happened to this place, but something changed and it was not for the better.
