“Such a slow and bad customer service. Either CSR representatives with negative attitude or no helping attitude specially on Saturday. Either they are tired or not willing to work on weekends. Even after having an online appointment at 11:30am , when I reached there on last Saturday June 4,2022 all 3 CSR officers offices were occupied so waited almost 30-35 minutes before I was attended by a CSR. There was an issue for one charge and she promised me to call me after 2 days after discussing it with her manager. Even after one week no call back or no charge issue is resolved. The service level of Affinity is declining day by day. Even I contacted through Affinity website by email but no one contacted me back.
Such a poor service.

I got a call after writing to Customer Service of affinity credit union about no response now the charge has been reversed so my complaint was resolved.”

I appreciate their customer service folks and I have modified my rating. Personally, I do believe they have more to improve, their response was nothing more than amazing. In short, they made sure I received the full amount of the coins I deposited as an Amazon eGiftCard, which is what I wanted I'm the first place. Cudos to your team.”
