It’s no longer the neighborhood butcher cuts of beef are not the same as seen in shop rites etc. ox tails are either old or just not fresh. Ordered rib eye streak the steak had no bone and the 2nd steak bone had been cut out. Quality of meats has changed with new management. More groceries than meats. It’s sad we have to drive to another city just to get beef

i go here ALL the time and not just for meats. its really a small grocery store with most of the necessary items to make dinner or a meal. they accept both EBT and WIC. i do always check the dates on products as i realize sometimes there are products expiring in a few days on sale or still on the shelves/and freezers. other than that i opt to come here over going to the next town for stop n shop or shoprite. i always appreciate the vast and fresh meat options always available.
