Customer service was horrible, asked very simple questions to the workers about where small sheet of dry wall was and they were very rude and sent us all over the store. They also would not cut the piece for us when all other hardware stores cut it for us

My wife visited to return item to Lowe’s Piscataway, they simply refused to accept that. They even did not give store credit. Mean while Lowe’s employee making fun of her when she was arguing to return items. Based on my past experience of Lowe’s Woodbridge, I knew it Lowe’s culture is kind of racist. But again they proved it they are racist and making fun of you. Never again visiting Lowe’s stores.

I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN LOWE'S ! when my mom was returning item's to lowe's there customer service was racist to our culture/religion of indian's, lowe's were never going to forgive you the word's you said this is a review for everyone to be aware of lowe's piscataway

Extremely bad customer service.
Waited 30 mins for help with artificial turf.
No one helped. Ran pillar to post between different employees.
No help. Went to Home Depot finally…

The shopping was good & items in stock BUT delivery is horrible. They use 3rd party delivery service and change times without notice. If you use the Pro service, you get reduced or free delivery, otherwise it's $95 fee for horrible service. Customer Service is unable to assist with delivery issues since they are 3rd party & not Lowes themselves.

This the good Lowe’s, the best Lowe’s I’ve been to. Good vibes from the staff, helpful and friendly and not it a fake customer service way. It’s clean and well stocked. South Plainfield Home Depot around the corner is confusing and draining, possibly shrouded by a field of accelerated decay. and this Lowe’s exudes clarity, calm, progress. When I go to Home Depot I’m tempted by the orange evil of Popeyes chicken sandwich, and when I go to Lowe’s pho today is right there and that doesn’t torment my gut like Popeyes. Keep it up y’all, and thanks.

9 out of 10 times they don't have what I need. I end up having to go all the way to Edison. They also sell items on line that they don't have. I made an online purchase on 5/23 to be delivered to this store on 5/26. On 5/27 I get an email that it's out of stock and they are working to get it. On 5/28 I get an email that they don't know or if they can get it. They are still selling online. I canceled and bought it at home depot delivered to my house same day.

Came by on Memorial Day, took me 40 minutes to get someone to unlock the tools, only to find out they didn’t have it in stock. If they don’t have sufficient people to help customers out, they shouldn’t be open on the holiday. Complete waste of time.

Honestly I'm so sad that the most local Lowes to me is so bad. The Piscataway Lowes has the most rude employees I've ever met. Time and time again I have issues there... the paint counter, the returns department, appliances, I've thought maybe it's the time i went, and i think I'm done this time. I ordered a dishwasher online and didn't realize it didn't come with install and that the haul away I PAID FOR only worked if the dishwasher was already uninstalled. I called and the woman I spoke to in appliances was initially nice until she had to tell me that they couldn't cancel my order since it was out for delivery. I asked how do I get install, she said you have to come sign a contract, I said ok well how long after that is install and she said 2 weeks! I was upset and I drove to the store. I asked to speak to the manager they said the manager doesn't work Thursdays, I said can I speak to the assistant manager then, and was told the assistant manager wasn't there either, $600 spent that day and I'm treated like an annoyance. I understand it isn't the employees at fault, just a terribly run company.
I had to pay an outside person to install the unit and put the old one to my curb meanwhile Lowes still has my money for "haul away" they know they couldn't perform. I cringe walking into that store.
