I used to shop at Krauszer's all the time. My girlfriend n I probably spend about 100$ every week or so....The lady that works there is very nice but the older man just doesn't care anymore. Keep in mind I've been shopping there for at least 10 years. I had a faulty smoke pen that I had bought that just didn't work. I normally open it up and test it, just incase but I was in a rush. I came back the next day n tried to explain to the man (who helped me last night) but he didn't want to hear it so my girlfriend and I will no longer be shopping there. It's a shame to lose customers who's been shopping there since 06' when it could have been an easy fix
