Rutgers mandates that electronics are purchased and maintained by this establishment. Would be helpful if the staff were more honest and helpful prior to dropping off and when picking up any equipment for repair. Was more or less left in the dark for the process.

The person (probably a new student hire) who attempted to help me with my repair seemed very slow, inexperienced, and nervous. He did seemed to forget things several things I had said just a few minutes earlier. Eventually I lost patience and left. I will try to find a place with in-house techs (this place just sends everything out).

This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The student manager was downright disrespectful Has a very poor disposition. He was just there to get his degree and that it. I could not not recommend this business

I went to get my replacement charger from the lifetime warranty they offered. The manager was not helpful at all and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about when in fact it was him. All of the other employees were not helpful as well. Terrible service and I’ve been a loyal auto er since 2013. The manager needs to be fired ASAP!4/20/21In response to what you all said...so even after the manager said he saw in the system the 2-3 times I’ve been there before for a replacement charger, he proceeded to tell me that the charger I came in with wasn’t from Kite Key, which is clearly not correct.Moving forward, if the replacement I came for isn’t in the store and the warranty states that I get that particular charger for life if it breaks, should he not be ordering a new charger for me? Or is the warranty just null and void because he doesn’t want to acknowledge I got the product from his store? The frustrating part is not that I can’t buy 3 or 4 more of those chargers it’s that this manager was inadvertently saying that I did not get the charger from that store, which again is clearly wrong. Again I’ve been a customer at this store since before this manager even started working there so I wouldn’t waste time showing up attempting to argue about a fake warranty. Disappointed I wasn’t helped in any type of way. And if they are in accordance with the rules then it certainly looks like they need to be re-evaluated.

The staff was super helpful!! I didn’t catch her name but she fixed my computer on her own accord. I didn’t wait long and the store was really clean.

My experience shopping with them earlier this year was good...except for the fact that they never really explained to me that I really couldnt return a non apple extension charger.I was not made aware that the non apple charger would charge at such a slow pace, and that if I opened the package that there was no option to even exchange the charger for something else.Money lost, lessons learned. Will never shop here again.

So I ordered some airpods pro for pickup at this store. I was going to pick them up today but unfortunately, I was running late. The store closes at 7 and I called them at 6 asking if it is okay for me to stop by at like 7:03 to pick them up (I've done this before and this process takes 5 mins tops). The answer I got was "my manager didn't say anything but you could stop by". So I decided to stop by. I reached there at 7:03 sharp. The doors were locked and I waved at the guy. He looked at the manager who was standing beside him and said 'he (the manager) said no'. That manager did not even have the decency to look at me. That manager could not even process a simple 'yes, you can stop by' or 'no, stop by tomorrow'. I am not surprised because I mean, after all, he is just a manager (in his 20s or 30s) of a small store that no one knows about. I am wrong to expect any sort of decency. :)

Carries a large selection of devices and services and the customer service is beyond amazing! Would highly recommend!
