I have gone here a few times and it was okay, however I’m quite disappointed this last time.I went in today at 1pm and told them I needed a deep tissue massage because my lower back has been really bothering me. The massage therapist was VERY sweet and nice , but I didn’t at all get what I wanted. I asked for a deep tissue and what I got was a rub down on my arms and legs for 30 min and maybe 15 mins of work on my back. I felt absolutely no pressure. When she said she was done, I almost cried . I was so upset and disappointed. Again, she was very nice, but the service was NOT AT ALL what I asked for

Malena did a fantastic facial for me!First time meeting her but not my last.Malena was personable, knowledgeable and very well trained in skin care making honest recommendations for future care.I would highly recommend the Piscatawaylocation and ask for Malena!

Been coming here several months for facials. Always a great experience. Today I was with their new esthetician Malena who made some solid recommendations for my skin. She did a really great job on the facial myself and I noticed a difference In my skin immediately. Reception staff is welcoming and helpful. I’ll be back next month for my next facial. Thank you!

I would give negative stars! Their practitioners may be okay/good, but their management and office staff have no idea what customer service means. My appointments got moved without me knowing quite a few times. Even when I found out and let them know (I had proof of my conversation with the receptionist) they still tried to charge me for late cancellation twice! Eventhough I have already called them and they told me they corrected it. Not only I had to continiously keep checking on my appointments -since either their system is not working properly, or they're doing it on purpose- I still got charged for their mistake I caught and they accepted as their own mistake! Will immediately cancel my membership and I definitely don't suggest this to anyone. I prefer to not use my remaining packages and not have to deal with this management one more time.

So, I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews because I had a lovely experience. The young receptionist greeted me, as I arrived for the first time. Since I had completed my paperwork online, I just needed to fill out a quick form on their iPad. The receptionist ensured I know where the panic button was, and what sort of appointment I would have. It wasn’t even five minutes before Celina took me into the back, and proceeded to provide an excellent service. She ensured my comfortability, ensured that where she was touching was okay, and I even got a few add-ons, which she performed excellently. I would highly recommend Celina for all massages, and accompanying services.

Horrible, I went in for a message and after asking her about 3 times to only focus on my back she kept trying to do my hands and touching my under my underwear which I said was not okay in the beginning. She soaked my hair in oil after having just washed it so I have to wash it again now when I get home, and the front desk person was no help either, she offered a free foot treatment?? After paying over 115 ??Update: the manager/owner idk called me, there was nothing else she could provide because I “should’ve hit the panic button” awesome, some company you guys are running

They RIP OFF customers. I terminated my membership after getting a month of run around in February. 6 months later I am still being charged a monthly membership despite multiple reminders. I asked to speak to the manager and I do not get a call back. Finally yesterday they terminated my membership but have not paid me for the 6 months of fees that they illegally charged me. There seems to be no recourse
