Everything is kept frozen, when we order they make warm and give to us. We went to purchase chicken but by mistake along with that purchased chicken kebab, once he gave us the plate immediately regretted for taking that. The kebabs are dipped in food color, very dry and they might be cooked a week ago, after taking the first bite immediately we dumped into trash bin paid the bill and came out. They are not maintaining minimum standards. The guy who is taking care of the store observing everything but simply going in and out.

It's a butcher shop selling meat dishes on side which I doubt if someone buys it. If they do, they have to see the kitchen inside. They will stop. If you're not into hygiene, then it's tasty although still oily.

As soon as I walked in, I should've walked out.Just ghetto. I wanted a chicken biryani and the guy tells me "no, goat biryani!" Why? Because the chicken biryani is cold and the goat biryani is hot.Do you even know what business you're in? Give the customer what the customer WANTS.The Biryani isnt that tasty, its not bad. Never coming back here though!

we did purchase chicken back in 2015 or 2016 when they opened. That smelled so bad I did not even cook and we never went again until today. Even after years it is still the same. The minute I opened bag it is stale smell again. I am not sure how they are still managing business with this smelly chicken. Never going back again.

I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about because I got food from here yesterday, buttered chicken and naan. It was so good. I will definitely come back to get more and try different things. The food and customer service was over the top.

Thought of trying out their chicken sheekh while I was on a trip. Honestly, the chicken sheekh kabab lacked the expected level of spiciness. As a fan of flavorful and spicy dishes, I was disappointed to find that the kabab was relatively mild in taste. The lack of heat and spice made the overall flavor profile quite subdued. Moreover, the kabab itself felt somewhat blunt, lacking the desired depth and complexity that I look for in a well-prepared sheekh kabab. The texture of the chicken was decent, but the flavors were not as bold as I had hoped. The dish could have benefited from a more robust blend of spices and seasonings to enhance the taste.

Stopped here for lunch and I ordered the goat Biryani but was given just bone, barely any meat and the rice and samosa I ordered were extremely greasy. Also it was cold, didn’t even heat it up, I had to go home to do their job for them. The customer service was extremely poor along with the condition of the establishment. How is this ok to take peoples hard earned money for an unsatisfactory experience?
