Have been using their service for the past two years and I have been very satisfied. They are honest and trustworthy. Prices are fair and they are quick. I just wish they did complimentary tire rotation during oil changes.

This shop is special, the owner is a very understanding mechanic (Gabe) and gets the job done. Pete is the manager and also great at what he does! Highly recommend for German and Japanese cars.

Making a long story short, my Jeep Wrangler broke down while on a road trip coming from Charlotte, NC. I was in a big jam not being from or knowing anyone in the area.And I can easily say this was hands down the best experience I have ever had with any type of auto mechanic. Even without having an appointment, It took no longer than 2 hours for my problem to be diagnosed and fixed. Pricing was extremely fair and they were upfront about what was going on. If I lived in the Jersey area, I would take my car here for any type of routine service or repairs.Gabriel, Peter, and Hugo are all incredibly knowledgeable and offer best in the business customer service. Would highly recommend this auto shop to anyone who needs work done on their vehicles.Service: Auto maintenance

I asked for $5 regular for the rental car I'm returning and the guy at the pump filled the tank instead. I tried explaining that he made a mistake and he proceeded to argue with me. Now I'm returning a rental car with a full tank solely at my expense. Very scummy seeing as gas prices are at a 5 year high due to the oil pipeline hack. Very poorly handled, I regret using their gas pump

I recently came in for some maintenance for my car which was my first time coming to GPR Automotive. After interacting with the chief mechanic, Gabby, I was astounded by the professionalism and honesty he had and his eye to understanding what’s wrong. Their efficient yet effective repair fully repaired my car and the problem went away.Thanks Diego and Gabby and I look forward to doing more business with you in the future!

I pulled my car at this place after it developed a mechanical breakdown along the way. The two mechanics were very helpful and assured me that everything would be fixed that I may continue with my journey. The detected the problem and were done in less than one hour. I really appreciate their efficiency and recommend highly!!
