Tried to use an Amex gift card I got from work for Xmas there to buy an Amazon gift card. A woman working there comes up and says "you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card" after I just spoke to AMEX on the phone before going who said it was fine... she didn't even try the transaction and cancelled it. I said are you sure? And she gave me the rudest face..lol.. like, if you hate your job.. just quit? Don't take it out on me. Went to Walgreens less than a mile away and was able to get it with no issue.

Train your pharmacy technicians properly. They have absolutely no courtesy or customer service skills. This is a BUSINESS and MEDICINE not a back alley dispensary!Just had one hang up on me. ALSO, invest some money in ropes for customers waiting on line when they go into the store...to libe up down on aisle while other customers are shopping is just crass! I will keep writing bad reviews until this location improves. Also, the pickup window is not even a window. Half the time, can't even pick up from there. I hope my Union changes its relationship with CVS Pharmacy. Not worth it.

Worst pharmacy ever. Didn't refill my prescription, I called and they didn't say it was because they wouldn't take my insurance anymore, but that it was an issue and had been fixed by me calling. I go to pickup my prescription and it turns out they don't take my insurance. I try to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens, Walgreens calls them several times and nobody picks up, so I called and the have the guts to say "the pharmacy has to call", I let them know Walgreens has tried to call for the past TWO days and the response is "they have to call today", like the past days never happened.And let's not talk about them taking forever refilling prescriptions and NOT LETTING ANYBODY KNOW THEY'RE READY.

Not at all a good experience. I chose this particular store because it has a drive thru. I was really sick and didn’t want to expose anyone. The doctor called in the prescription at around Noon. I was told they would text me when it was ready. I never got a text. I called 3 times during the day and was told it was being processed and would be done soon. Never got a text. Finally gave up and went to bed. Called next morning and was told I could come pick it up. It was a cold, miserable day but I had no choices but to get dressed and go get it. I was supposed to have started it the day before.

I've had a consistently frustrating experience at this CVS pharmacy. Every visit involves long wait times, and my prescriptions are rarely ready when promised. It's quite disappointing. I wish I could give negative stars here!

Told me on the phone they had my prescription and I said okay I’ll pick it up at 5. I got there at 5. They sent me to wait 15 more minutes. I waited and then went back and they sent me too wait another 20 minutes. Each time there was a line too. I’ve been here an hour. Go literally anywhere else if you value your time it doesn’t matter where just never go here.

Worst service ever. Long wait times, the drive thru is more than 20 minutes for a pickup. Avoid at all costs.

Worst experience - they "never received" the prescription from my doctor (despite me showing them proof it was sent). They had me bounce back between two lines in order to receive assistance and did not work with me or my doctor to get in my refill. The one guy had an attitude and they don't seem like they want to assist people at all. Going back to my old pharmacy !

Hours of operation at this CVS location is upto 11 pm on Friday and when I reached the store at 1056 pm they have closed and locked the main entrance door and told me that they are closed for the day (register closed for the day) had to run another 4-5 miles to get advil Didn’t like the attitude of guy in charge on Friday 060223

Went to take passport photo and they used old Camara and photo quality came out bad. Wont recommend here

This is by far one of the best pharmacies I have gone to. Dr. Mina and his team are always helpful, knowledgeable, and detailed oriented. No matter what the reason is they are always willing to help me. Nothing makes me happier than when I walk into a store and I am greeted. The pharmacy always makes up for this. Thank you Dr. Mina for being an example of what of leadership and customer service should look like.
