Terrible experience at the Chase Piscataway branch. The staff was unprofessional and had poor time management skills. They were unable to honor a confirmed appointment, and the person with whom I had the appointment was not present in the bank. When I asked for help from another person, he was too busy to honor the bank's confirmed appointment and asked me to cancel it. I think it would be better to permanently close this branch rather than keep it open. Star rating should be in negative instead.

Supervisor was very rude and unwilling to help even though i just needed advice on the type of account to open. I came in at 3:30PM and they close at 5:00PM and supposedly they couldn’t help me according to the supervisor. Very disappointed and will never come here again

horrible bank. closes your account without telling you. Doesnt even tell you when you sign up that theyll just take away your savings account… Absolutely ridiculous. DISGUSTING ENVIRONMENT

My experience here has been horrifying. I have been with Chase for years and coming into this location was unpleasant. I asked simply for help with my account, something that takes literally 5 minutes. The representative told me to come back in an hour or so when Ilook around there are NO COSTUMERS in the building. They looked like they didn't even want to help. People these days.... I'm sorry but the costumer care is just bad.

On April 20th I notice some movement of money in my accounts and withdrawals to other banks. I was there on the 21st at opening a banker supplied me with 3 new accounts and emergency checks. It is now the 18th of May and I still have not received my money. I have been told that they were going to mail it, expedite it, and overnight it and as of this writing, I have nothing. They are employing people to work customer service from their homes so imagine all your personal financial information available everywhere. They are incompetent people in this bank and cannot complete tasks to help you out. All they are concerned about it is their system and have no regard for your financial wellbeing whatsoever. I was put in a cubical by myself and was told to talk to this person on the phone. I went through 5 of them, with the last one hanging up on me after 2.5 hours and had no positive results. I wasn't allowed to speak to the bank manager as she wasn't available????? Some banker gave me a tracking number and told me that was all she could do. When I told her that because I had no access to my money for 4 weeks, I had incurred late fees and returned check fees. So she said she would try to pay me for it but didn't know how she would take care of it!!! More award winning customer service! I am trying to apply for a mortgage but in a limited time line, could lose it. Didn't even apologize for all the ineptness of her organization. If you have money in this misfit organization, do yourself a favor and your health as well and pull it out now. For what they pay in interest, you might as well stick it under the mattress, at least you know it is safe.

Horrible branch. The bank tellers don’t want to work. All they do is chitchatting I went in to make a simple withdrawal yet I had to wait in line for 15 minutes so that these tellers could finish chitchatting before paying any attention to me. Literally chitchatting with one another. Chase bank, why are you hiring these ppl? The bank business looks so dead yet, I had to wait that long mind you I was the only customer in line that day. Sad! Don’t do there for business. Take your business elsewhere if you can. If there was a “No star” option, I would have chosen that for this branch.

Came in a busy Saturday and was able to open a Credit Card quickly and clear with Vishal Jani. Sweet and friendly banker ! Loved the experience here <3
