I really cannot say enough good things about the team my family worked with at Beltman Relocation Group! My 85-year-old parents just moved across the country, and they needed a lot of support and attention as they negotiated all the details. Everyone – from the manager to the actual multi-person moving crew – was so patient, helpful, and informative. In particular, our move coordinator Lisa Thompson gave my parents her personal attention, went above and beyond to meet their needs, and kept my brother and I updated as the truck made its way from coast to coast. We felt so taken care of by her throughout the whole process, like she really understood our situation and our needs. Thank you, Lisa and everyone who made this move go as smoothly as it did. It would not have been possible without you!

Awesome work hands down and the absolute best moving experience we've had thus far. Orlando and his team were fabulous, very professional, and careful with our items. Todd stopped by as well. Beltman moving has superseded all expectations. Ray and Lisa were amazing as well. The entire teams goal honestly is to "be the customer" I thank you for your assistance and I look forward to this service in FL thanks again.

My review is specifically for Lisa Thompson. Lisa was my main contact after I contracted with Beltmann to do my move. Lisa was professional and attentive to all things related to my move and helped to make it as good an experience as it could be. In particular, when there were some glitches with our moving crew, Lisa was incredibly helpful in getting the job back on track.
My overall rating for Beltmann was a two star. But Lisa is five stars all the way. If you work with Beltmann you need to have Lisa on your team! Thank you Lisa!!

These people are absolute professionals. Beltmann did the move and North American Van Lines provided to truck and driver. I had used them previously and so I was confident that they were the best choice. During the move, one of the semi trailers broke down, causing a delay in delivery. Beltmann went out of their way to make this better. I received numerous communications and calls from Lisa Thompson, the excellent coordinator at Beltmann. Once the items did arrive, the driver and the crew were absolutely outstanding. I’d recommend them to anyone..

Damage to my household goods due to no climate control! It was clear that my household goods had been exposed to extreme heat. Many items were yellowed and deteriorated and had to be discarded. Some furniture was damaged. The movers who delivered my items were so rude! They just wanted to rush through it and get on home; they had no regard for my items. The movers who packed it up were pretty cool though.

Our properties were broken into, and all our important documents and library were compromised. Their packers were rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Beltmann Relocation should be investigated for criminal activities! Their head office Sirva is as bad as Beltmann. Every piece of our furniture and belongings were damaged or stolen. When we filed police report we were advised this company has many complaints. American Van Lines is only a fancy name to think this company is a professional!! Worse company to deal with!! Just discovered Cynthia AMBURN Wright (a coordinator in Atlanta location) was involved in the break-in of my medical records and falsification of them from Dr. William Barber of Piedmont Hospital, Atlanta because of her connection to Dr. Barber's family through music lessons of his daughter, Emily. The connection is Blue Ridge, GA! In my opinion, Cynthia is the missing link!! CRIMINALS is a mild description of this company!! This review is for Beltmann Relocation Group, Lewis Lane, Stone Mountain, Atlanta GA.

We are leaving NYC to move to Portugal. We have been really happy so far with Beltmann. Firstly Jason who gave our quote was great, really helpful in our zoom call in terms of providing an estimate. Lisa is a star, always available, clear with instructions and so empathetic in terms of the upheaval of emigrating. And finally our move team on the day - Junior, the team leader, Jose, and Mateo. They were just lovely - efficient, professional, friendly and organised. Definitely recommend Beltmann based on my personal experience.

Everyone from Sales to the crews were great! It's our first time moving out of state and the entire team made made the experience more than manageable. They were fast, friendly, and accommodating to all of our needs. I cannot recommend them enough!
