I worked with Alpha Clinical Systems for almost 2 years. It is a good company for those looking for H1 as they have tied up with a good immigration lawyer. The other thing which I liked about the organization is the timely payment of salary without any issues.Most of my interaction was with Kishore. He is a very nice person and helps you like a family friend.I wish Alpha, the very best in their future endeavors.

Good HR team. Always supportive. Strong management team, has good connections, which helps to get good projects. Somewhat contrary to the name, this company operates a consultancy and employs people, who then undertake software contracts across the US. In my experience so far, there is rampant employee abuse in how they are treated, paid and even talked to, exploiting the dependency arising from immigration. The marketing lead by the name Lisa Thomas (uses fake name, actually goes by Satyavani Kunta) is very arrogant, abusive, opaque in pay rates and predatory that takes a toll on the employees there. I recommend people to be cautious and do their research before joining this company. You may even be forced to quit or not paid for months even when on H1-B visa that can immensely hurt your immigration situation. It is a real fraudulent place to be associated with.
