There is other stores nearby that would probably be worth the few extra minutes in travel to go to then to shop here. This store never has any carts or baskets to shop, therefore I can only ever grab a few things at a time. The one time I asked an employee if they had any carts the women rudely stated "don't know why don't you go look in the lot". Excuse me? You get paid to look in the lot. I simply just left. If you ever do find someone usually they are rude. The store isles are filled with backstock that hasn't been put on the shelves and the shelves are empty lol. Don't even waste your time. Go to a different one nearby you'll leave more satisfied. Smh.

Don't go here. Two of the employees steal and one let's her mom hang in the store n steal. They have been reported and are being investigated by the stores owner. They are on camera doing it and even threatened another employee if they told on them. It's the two fat uglies in there. One with the mom who steals is the fat short pale girl with black hair n bangs and the other their is an older fat woman

Store well stocked. Excellent staff. Never had a problem with this place. And the prices are fair and affordable. And friendly staff as well.

Disappointing. Closed often due to short staffing. No one answers the phone. The people of Pine Hill need to have a reliable store in the area.

Definitely the worse Dollar General in the area.– Their inventory is terrible in variety, quality, and quantity.– Sales associates never around, and when they are, they're miserable.– If your not gonna use the self checkout, you need to wander the store to find someone to check you out.– You're better off going to one of the other 2 Dollar Generals that are close by.

Stopped at this dollar general because my daughter had pee. Went inside and asked for the key and was told we had to stand in the massive line of people. While waiting in line because the rude employee wouldn’t take 2 seconds to give us a bathroom key my daughter peed on herself. RUDE and INCONSIDERATE employees!

The heavy short, short hair, and wears glasses came to me and said I stole something cause I put my electric bike keys in my pocket. Sorry I ride a electric bike. Very unprofessional, she dont know people rights or laws. Cant say or touch a person until they walk out the door, not in back of store shopping. Its against the law too. She told me I stole and she seen me stick something in my pocket yeea so. Oh your a minimum wage worker that has no idea of her whole job. I will be talking to store manager. Product all marked wrong and I had to take pictures of prices , when they rang up much higher then the stated price I tried to show pic and they still didnt wanna hear it till a long line built up and people all saying that store needs alot of help. R.i.P perks/ shopping bag.
