After driving an hour to get to their office/warehouse, I was greeted by the most inconsiderate receptionist. She had no idea what products they sell (wiper motors). There was no one who could help me with anything at all. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Drive an hour to get to their office/warehouse only to be told by receptionist that she has no idea what products they sell (wiper motors). Apparently there is no people that work in the warehouse either. Just a terrible experience with them.
