I had 2 wonderful experiences today! Our fantastic driver Paul was kind enough to remind me he was picking up. We also left money in our pocket and received a text that our account would be credited. So impressed! Thank you!

These guys are so obnoxious! They dropped off a bag at our place, and when I came home from work I had no idea what that bag was about (I thought my in-laws had accidentally left it here). So about a week goes by, and this bag has been floating around our living room for a while - no one knows anything about it. Then one day some guy rings the doorbell while the baby is sleeping (GRRR!!!!), and it turns out he's looking for the freaking bag. Maybe you shouldn't have left it on our doorstep in the first place! I don't want your bag - not in my living room, not on my porch. I don't want it. Please find some other way to let your customers know you do pick ups and drop offs. As a customer acquisition technique THIS IS TERRIBLE, COSTLY (TO YOU), AND ANNOYING AS HELL (TO US!).

After being a loyal customer for years, and spending thousands of dollars with this company, I can now say I cannot ever endorse them based on my experience today. My debit card was lost 6 days ago so I ordered a new one. I mistakenly did not update all of my accounts (dry cleaners are not exactly top of mind), and when they tried to run it on the 1st it was declined. An email was sent but got caught in my secondary folders. I never saw it. They sent me a text yesterday. Again, I didn't see it because it looked to me like the texts they send when they asking about pickup. At this point it had been 4 days, and only 2 business days. Today I got another text- less than 24 hours after the last one. It threatened me with legal action if I didn't pay. This was after only 5 days and 3 business days and they send me a text that says: "We have been attempted to contact you regarding balance on your account, but no answer from you. In result, your account will be served in legal action and you will be charges for additional legal fees." That's verbatim -- grammar, spelling errors and all. No one called. No letter was received. I called the number provided and they couldn't help me. They were going to escalate immediately and have a manager reach out. No one called. So today I paid them their $40 and never want to deal with them ever again. Absolutely disgusting.

Burned my $250 theory shirt, they asked me to send it in for them to look at and said it does not have the barcode. You can clearly see the residue from where the barcode was. Do not use them they destroy clothing!!
